Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Schiphol is seeking an experienced Site Controller to oversee financial activities at a new site. You will partner with site leadership, manage the full P&L, and collaborate with international stakeholders to drive cost control and profitability.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, month‑end and year‑end closing, internal controls, project spend tracking, and invoicing. Fluency in English and ERP experience are required; 3PL/logistics exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field.
Strong experience in business controlling.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Act as a finance business partner, advising site leadership on financial matters with cross‑functional teams.
Support project management with tracking spend, budget, and cost performance.
Lead month‑end and year‑end closing, manage the full P&L and local accounting.
Lead budgeting and forecasting, implement corrective actions when needed.
Develop robust internal controls to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Create sales invoices and discuss them with managers and customers.
