Job summary

Cainiao in the Netherlands seeks an on-site coordinator for packing machines and sorters, acting as the sole contact for warehouse operations and the HQ engineering team during go-live, acceptance walkthroughs and issue follow-up. • Associate degree (MBO-4 / HBO) or above in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Automation.
• 1-3 yrs of on-site equipment support in a warehouse/production line.
• Fluent Dutch or English; Chinese preferred.
• Strong coordination skills across operations, HQ and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site with warehouse operations and vendors, liaising with factory HQ engineering and equipment vendors during go-live and acceptance walkthroughs.
• First-line issue handling: daily checks, jam clearances, resets, and escalation under vendor remote guidance to achieve downtime reduction and line recovery.
