Job summary

Cainiao Group is seeking an on-site Site Coordination specialist to manage packing machines and sorters, liaising with warehouse operations, HQ engineering and equipment vendors. You will oversee go-live support, acceptance walkthroughs and post-go-live issue follow-ups, with vendor remote guidance for fault resolution.

You will handle first-line issue checks, basic repairs, and maintenance logging, while ensuring safety and CE/Dutch Arbo compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in mechatronics, mechanical, or automation.
• 1–3 years on-site equipment support in warehouse/production lines.
• Strong coordination across operations, HQ and vendors.
• Fluent Dutch or English; Chinese preferred for liaison.
• Basic IT/desktop-support skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site single point of contact for packing machines and sorters, coordinating with operations, HQ, and vendors.
• Perform daily checks, jams, resets, and facilitate vendor-guided repairs to restore the line.
