Job summary

Manpower Netherlands is seeking a Technical Operator/ Site Engineer for the Den Bosch region to keep automated sorting systems running smoothly. This full-time role offers a direct contract with the client and is supported by competitive shift allowances.

With responsibilities across fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and incident logging, you will work in a team to minimize downtime and ensure reliable parcel processing for a major mail-order partner in the Benelux.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• Possession of a driver’s license (B) and a car.
• Willingness to travel to different locations.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving first-line technical malfunctions
• Carrying out preventive maintenance to maximize system performance
• Recording incidents and solutions in the reporting system for future improvements
