Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a proactive Site Controller to join our Schiphol team. You will partner with site leadership and international stakeholders to guide financial decisions and performance across the site.

• 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or controlling.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner, advising site leadership and managers on financial and controlling matters while collaborating with cross‑functional international teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, manage the full P&L, and oversee local accounting functions.
• Lead budgeting and weekly/monthly forecasting, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Create sales invoices for completed services and discuss them with site managers and customers.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Acting as a finance business partner, advising site leadership and managers on financial and controlling matters while collaborating with cross‑functional international teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes.

What You'll Bring To GXO

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or controlling.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within a 3PL or logistics environment would be considered an advantage.
