Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? GXO is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Controller to join our team in Lelystad. In this role, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and Site Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

What you do on a typical day

As a Site Controller you are giving advice in all business relevant questions to site leadership in controlling and financing aspects.

Your key responsibilities include

• Advising site leadership and site manager on financial and controlling matters.
• Leading month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Managing full P&L.
• Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems.
• Leading the budgeting and weekly and monthly forecasting process, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Creating sales invoices for completed services and discuss this with the site manager and the customer.
• As a finance business partner you are collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes.

What you need to succeed at GXO

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/ or controlling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability for 36–40 hours per week.
• Experience in a 3PL environment is advantageous.
