Formación

• Minimum bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Craft and serve personalized, high-quality beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and adherence to resort standards.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked, monitor inventory, and ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and assist in training new staff on bar protocols and resort standards.
• Assist in private events and celebrations by creating custom drinks and cocktails, and help with the setup and breakdown of bar areas.
