Job summary

King Seaways operates Amsterdam–Newcastle and seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead the galley team aboard. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards, and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and crew.

The role requires a Diploma as a chef, fluent English, and the ability to work long shifts at sea. You will manage a 20–25 member team, participate in briefings, and promote staff development, with aboard life including 14 days on, 14

Qualifications

• Diploma as a chef.
• High level spoken English; written English acceptable.
• Microsoft Office user level.
• Medical Certificate.
