Starbucks is seeking retail partners in Amsterdam to deliver high-quality beverages and excellent guest experiences. You will work in a fast-paced store, handle cash, and ensure safety and cleanliness while supporting teammates through busy periods.

The role requires Dutch conversational ability and fluent English, with training to immerse you in Starbucks culture. Competitive salary and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Quality beverage/food preparation per standard recipes, cash handling and store safety.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating 2+ staff.
