Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Adhere to store policies; provide quality beverages/food; cash handling and safety.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes, customize as needed.
• Minimum 6 months experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ staff.
