Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare drinks/food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Available to perform multiple tasks within the store per shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships with customers.
• Deliver friendly service and maintain store standards.
• Assist in daily store operations and support trainers during onboarding.
