Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Willing to learn safety and HACCP principles.
• Available for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of student workers and create a positive, efficient shift atmosphere.
• Ensure quality and make every bowl perfect.
• Help customers craft their perfect bowl with top-notch service.
• Manage opening and closing shifts and keep operations running smoothly.
• Learn KPIs and understand how they help optimize restaurant performance.
• Growth opportunities: shift leader to assistant manager or restaurant manager.
