Job summary

SnowWorld Amsterdam is seeking a Shiftleader Kitchen to ensure dishes are prepared daily according to our recipes and standards. You will lead and motivate the kitchen team, monitor presentation, and ensure hygiene and efficient processes.

You will also prepare a healthy staff meal each day, with a flexible, hands-on approach and opportunities to contribute creatively within our guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong eye for detail and quality, while working effectively within established processes.
• Excellent organisational and coaching skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and team-oriented approach.
• You have a good command of Dutch and English.
• You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
