Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a SHE & Operational Risk Coördinator to integrate safety with daily operations. You will develop and monitor safety programs, conduct RI&E and TRA, organize audits and safety walks, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

You will lead first aid, emergency planning, and environmental management initiatives while promoting a safety culture and sustainable practices company-wide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in safety, environment or industrial management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an SHE role, preferably in production.
Solid knowledge of RI&E, TRA and audits; strong leadership and safety culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor SHE programs aligned with legal requirements and business goals.
Conduct RI&E, TRA, and audits; organize safety walks and continuous improvements.
Organize SHE training sessions, campaigns and workshops to promote safety awareness.
Lead First Aid organization, create emergency plans, and train first aiders.
Support environmental management, EMS implementation and sustainability projects.
