Job summary

Organon LLC is seeking a SHE Compliance Engineer (Quality Control) to develop and execute the annual Safety, Health & Environment plan and lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits. You will collaborate with production teams and SHE specialists to promote a strong safety culture, covering machine safety, ergonomics, hazardous substances, PPE, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a technical/SHE background, 5+ years in a SHE role within pharma, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, biopharmaceutical, or safety-related discipline; HVK preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant SHE experience.
• Knowledge of Safety, GMP and Lean principles.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual SHE plan with stakeholders.
• Serve as the SHE domain expert for machine safety, industrial hygiene, permits, and PPE.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Maintain and improve SHE processes and drive continuous improvement using IPS methods.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Represent the department in audits, inspections and regulatory visits.
