Job summary

Organon is seeking a SHE Compliance Engineer to support the Quality Control department by driving safety, health and environmental compliance across the site. You will develop and implement the annual SHE plan, perform risk assessments and lead incident investigations to ensure corrective actions are embedded.

You will work with production teams and SHE specialists to promote a strong safety culture, covering machine safety, ergonomics, hazardous substances and PPE, while supporting regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SHE experience in a pharma/biopharma setting.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, GMP and Lean principles.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual SHE plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the SHE SME for topics like machine safety, industrial hygiene, PPE, permits and ergonomics.
• Lead risk assessments and root-cause analyses to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Lead investigations with on-site assessments, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Represent the department in audits, inspections and regulatory visits.
