Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a SHE & Operational Risk Lead (0.7 FTE) in the Netherlands. You will combine safety management with operational support to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.

You will develop SHE programs, conduct RI&E and TRA, and lead audits, safety walks, and continuous improvements. You will promote safety awareness through training, campaigns, and workshops, and you will lead the First Aid organization and emergency planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Management, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an SHE role, preferably in production or operations.
• Extensive experience with RI&E, TRA, and audits, and ability to apply them in practice.
• Strong leadership and the ability to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to combine SHE tasks with operational support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor SHE programs meeting legal requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct RI&E, TRA, and safety audits; organize safety walks and continuous improvements.
• Organize SHE training sessions, campaigns, and workshops to promote safety culture.
• Lead the First Aid organization and contribute to emergency planning and response.
• Engage in environmental management activities and support EMS implementation.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement projects aligned with SHE and sustainability goals.
