Job summary

NN Group Netherlands is seeking two experienced SharePoint Lifecycle Specialists to design and implement lifecycle, retention, archiving and clean-up solutions for Microsoft 365 environments. You will work across Product Owners, engineers, and ServiceNow teams to embed lifecycle management into daily operations.

Responsibilities include configuring automated policies, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting procedures for handover to Digital Workplace operations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Experience with lifecycle, retention, and governance
• PowerShell automation and automation workflows
• Familiarity with Intune, Azure and DevOps environments
• Agile/Scrum mindset and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint and Microsoft 365 lifecycle solutions
• Configure automated classification, retention, archiving and remediation policies
• Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to automate tasks, workflows and approvals
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review, classify and clean up unstructured data
• Document policies, configurations and handover procedures to Digital Workplace operations
