Job summary

DELTACLASS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead an in-flight programme, rapidly assess the current architecture and provide practical leadership to stabilise and accelerate delivery. Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow solution architecture experience in in-flight programmes.
• Ability to assess, guide, and accelerate ongoing work with pragmatic design decisions.
• Experience with integrations, data models, security, reporting and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Review current in-flight ServiceNow programme, backlog and design decisions.
• Validate architecture against business outcomes, platform strategy and security.
• Identify gaps, technical debt and ownership issues requiring remediation.
• Refine end-to-end architecture: data model, integrations, workflow design and controls.
• Prioritise backlog items, dependencies and testing needs with the delivery team.
• Assess integration patterns and enterprise integration approaches in use.
• Provide architectural oversight across ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm dependencies and success criteria.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance during build, testing, migration and deployment.
• Prepare mid-project recommendations, decision records and transition materials.
