Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland seeks an experienced ServiceNow SecOps specialist for a fixed-term engagement. You will help design, build, and continuously improve the client's online platform while ensuring resiliency and availability of multiple products.

You will configure and extend the ServiceNow SecOps modules, integrate with Splunk, Anomali, and vulnerability scanners, and contribute to automation, testing, and ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules (IR, VR, TI, Configuration Compliance).
• Strong knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management and remediation lifecycles.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk, Anomali, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps module including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• Design flows and scripts to automate security operations and integrations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party security tools and APIs.
• Provide operational support and participate in platform upgrades and testing.
