Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland seeks an experienced ServiceNow SecOps specialist for a fixed-term engagement. You will help design, build, and continuously improve the client's online platform while ensuring resiliency and availability of multiple products.

You will configure and extend the ServiceNow SecOps modules, integrate with Splunk, Anomali, and vulnerability scanners, and contribute to automation, testing, and ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules (IR, VR, TI, Configuration Compliance).
• Strong knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management and remediation lifecycles.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk, Anomali, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security applications such as Splunk and Anomali.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners and data providers such as Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and NVD.
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration compliance processes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
• Proficient in developing custom applications with good familiarity with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
• Good familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.
