Job summary

MPower Plus in Utrecht, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design and implement workflows, integrations, and message flow automation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders during implementation to ensure the solution meets business needs.

You will support deployment through Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production. Strong scripting expertise and CIS certification are required.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow implementation experience with at least one project.
• Development experience with ITSM and SPM modules.
• Experience with Employee Self Service portal / Knowledge / Chat / Mobile.
• ServiceNow CIS certification on relevant modules.
• Expert scripting capabilities.
• Familiar with TDD, BDD, and ATDD.
• Commitment to clean code and architecture, including refactoring.
• Experience with pair programming and managing technical debt.
• Adherence to coding standards and use of coding assistants (AI).
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Required Experiences:

• Demonstrable experience in implementing ServiceNow (at least 1 implementation).
• Demonstrable development experience with ITSM and SPM modules
• Employee Self Center (portal) /Knowledge/Chat/ Mobile
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) on requested modules.
• Expertise in scripting.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (DDD)
