Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer focused on IRM and Third-Party Risk Management. You will design workflows, build integrations, and automate processes within ServiceNow to meet complex risk requirements.

You will work with stakeholders, support deployments with CI/CD, and contribute to a roadmap shaped by prior client experiences. Strong scripting and a CERTIFIED implementation specialist background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow developer with hands-on IRM/TPRM experience.
• Proven CIS and CSA certifications or working towards them.
• Strong scripting, integration, and workflow design skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, update sets, and source control.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automations.

Skills

Designs and implements workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation.

Collaborates with stakeholders during implementation to provide technical insights and ensure functionalities meet business needs.

Supports implementation via source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.

The senior developer actively contributes to shaping the vision, leveraging experience gained with other clients and the capabilities offered by ServiceNow technologies.

Proven experience implementing ServiceNow (at least one implementation).

Proven experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) modules. ITSM, Integrations, Service Catalog, PA, Workflows.

Scripting.

Configuration Management and Application Portfolio Management.

Widgets (basic and advanced). IT Operations Management (basic and advanced).

ITSM, SPM, HRSD.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in required modules.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Expertise in scripting.
