Job summary

TALENT Com is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – SecOps to configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations modules. You will design workflows, write scripts, and automate processes to enhance incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall professional experience with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow application development.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Splunk and Anomali.
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanners and security data providers such as Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and National Vulnerability Database (NVD).
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, threat analysis, and configuration compliance processes.
• Experience developing custom applications and working with ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) functionalities and ITIL processes.
• Ability to develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps applications and workflows with automated incident and remediation processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow SecOps modules (Incident, Vulnerability, Threat Intelligence, Compliance).
• Design workflows, scripts, and automation to improve security operations and incident response.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party security tools, scanners, and external APIs; troubleshoot issues and support upgrades.
