Job summary

NN Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our central DevOPS team. You’ll develop, maintain, and extend our ServiceNow platform, write code in JavaScript, build catalogs, and design dashboards for users across a large enterprise.

Expect collaboration with IT, operations, and business teams, working on integrations via REST/SOAP, and contributing to patches, upgrades, and ITOM improvements in a hybrid, mostly remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform maintenance (patches, upgrades, etc.).
• Knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management).
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• Experience with UX design.
• Experience in large enterprise environments and a customer support mindset.
• English proficiency for daily meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test and user guides for new ServiceNow features.
