Job summary

ALUP Kompressoren Nederland in Oss is seeking a Service Coordinator to optimally plan and issue work orders to field technicians, considering productive hours, travel, and technician qualifications. You will supervise technicians on site and arrange parts, materials, air rental, or subcontractor use to complete jobs efficiently.

The role also covers maintaining customer contacts and handling administrative processing of orders.

Qualifications

HBO level or equivalent by experience.
Available for 40 hours per week and periodic shift duties.
Strong affinity with logistics and technology; proven planning experience.
Proactive, flexible and tactful.
Stress resistant and accurate.
Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP or Movilizer is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and issue work orders to field service engineers, considering productive hours, shifts, and technician qualifications.
Coach technicians during execution of work.
Arrange all ancillary matters such as parts and materials, spare air, or use of subcontractors to complete the job quickly and efficiently.
Maintain customer contact.
Handle administrative processing of work orders.
Proactively call customers, e.g., for preventive maintenance.
