Job summary

Datadog is seeking a seasoned Platform/SRE/DevOps professional to craft content and demonstrate how to manage incidents, run on-call, and automate operations. You will fuse engineering depth with creative storytelling to shape cloud observability, incident response and service management.

Qualifications

5+ years in platform/SRE/DevOps or software development with production hands-on experience.
Understanding of incident response, on-call, post-incident reviews and SLOs.
Proven ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for service management and incident response for advocacy and engineering teams.
Create demos, blogs, talks, docs, webinars, open source work to build Datadog's reputation.
Collaborate with product engineering to build demos and coach teams on presentation.
Engage with open source communities and develop new integrations for Datadog.
Contribute to the product via feedback, docs, or code.
