Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a storage engineer, specialist, or architect to support enterprise storage, data-protection, and related infrastructure services. The role ensures platforms remain available, resilient, secure, and able to meet workload performance and capacity requirements.

The team collaborates with server, virtualization, network, database, and cloud groups to maintain successful storage operations and implement automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SAN and NAS architectures.
• Knowledge of Fibre Channel and storage networking.
• Proficiency in block, file and object storage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor capacity, availability, utilisation and performance.
• Resolve incidents affecting storage access, replication, performance and data protection.
• Provision and configure storage according to approved standards.
• Perform platform maintenance, patching, upgrades and lifecycle activities.
• Support SAN, NAS, block, file and object-storage services.
• Maintain replication, backup and disaster-recovery capabilities.
