The job: Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and solve manufacturing issues and improve production processes. You will collaborate with various teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Analyze manufacturing issues: Investigate and diagnose issues related to production processes, equipment malfunctions, and product defects.
• Problem Resolution: Provide hands‑on technical support, perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce errors and improve quality.
• Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular checks and ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to reduce downtime and prevent errors.
