Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking a Process Engineer to improve Customer Service workflows, drive continuous improvement, and enable world-class service delivery.

You will lead end-to-end process improvements, apply Lean/Six Sigma, collaborate across functions, and implement automation while ensuring quality and ISO/IATF standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; identify end-to-end process issues and provide structural solutions.
  • Stakeholder management; influence and communicate with other functions and external customers.
  • Knowledge of ISO, IPC, IATF quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management fundamentals; implement improvements end-to-end using PM principles.
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

About The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Process Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement of our Customer Service processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and improve Customer Service processes, tools and reporting capabilities
  • Investigate process‑related issues, implement corrective actions, and propose a structural solution

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in a technical field
