Job summary

Ruijie Networks is seeking a proactive Technical Instructor to support system integrators, distributors and channel partners across target markets. You will deliver post‑sales product training, certify partner competencies and drive enablement programs.

You will work with 2nd level TAC teams and R&D to test new features and prepare training materials, ensuring high quality service delivery and successful partner certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical sales support experience with enterprise network products.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and Mandarin a plus.
• Ability to train and certify partners and conduct workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-line technical assistance to System Integrators, Distributors, and channel partners.
• Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA) for target countries and ensure QoS.
• Develop partner training programs by managing and delivering Post-Sales technical training and workshops.
• Deliver enablement sessions (product training, troubleshooting, certifications) to external partners; build training materials and assess partner competency.
• Collaborate with 2nd Level TAC support to address partner and end-customer requests.
• Work with R&D to test new product features and support global product release.

Job description

• Provide back line technical assistance and support to System Integrators, Distributors, and T2 channel partners.
• Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) covering the target countries, and be responsible for the quality-of-service delivery in those countries.
• Develop channel partner / system integrator / distributor support skills by managing and conducting Post-Sales technical training (Technical Instructor) and workshops on a regular basis.
• Possess hands‑on experience as an external channel trainer / certified technical instructor, delivering enablement sessions (product training, troubleshooting workshops, certification programs) to external channel partners and distributors; proven ability to build training materials, evaluate partner competency, and drive partner certification in compliance with vendor requirements.
• Closely collaborate with 2nd Level (TAC) support teams to address partner(s) and end customer support requests.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, and help release products to the global market

Requirement:

• To have 3 Years technical experience on sales support, maintain of enterprise network products (any of) main stream vendors and working in system integration or value-add distributor;
• Strong responsibility and ability to integrated resource;
• Able to speak and write English, French fluently can speak Dutch, Mandarin is a plus;
• Technical skills in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration is mandatory, additional experience in campus networks are added advantages;

5. Certified professional with (any of): CCNP/CCIE, ASE/Master ASE, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional, HCNP/HCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE;

6. Have good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in all level.
