Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Service Designer to shape the end-to-end customer journey for millions of families. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, UX Researchers, Data Analysts, Engineers and Business stakeholders to design every step of the customer journey.

You will split your time between service design activities such as interviews, journey mapping and usability testing, and turning insights into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Design, HCI, Product Design).
• 0–4 years of experience as a Service Designer.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Run service design and research activities (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing).
• Turn insights into practical solutions that drive customer impact.
• Document research and present actionable insights to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to prototype and evaluate solutions.
