Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2C or subscription businesses.
• Portfolio showing flows shipped, not just visuals.
• Proficient in Figma and code-based prototyping (HTML/CSS).
• Experience using AI tools to speed design and learning.

What will you do

As Senior UX/UI Designer you shape how millions of job seekers experience our product, from the first landing page to the moment they subscribe. You will:

• Build intuitive flows and interfaces. You design the product experience based on data, research, and user feedback, not on taste alone.
• Remove friction with behavioral science. You use conversion data and behavioral insights to smooth every step of the customer journey.
• Co-create with product and development. You are at the table from first idea to shipped feature, not at the end of the line.
• Build directly in code. You create components for our marketing pages yourself, working with AI tools like Claude Code to go from design to live.
• Bridge design and product. You work closely with development so what ships is what was designed, down to the pixel.
• Design marketing that converts. You create and improve marketing pages and content with one goal: maximum conversion.
• Guard consistency and brand. Across every channel, product, and market, our look and feel stays unmistakably ours.

• Conversion rates. From registration to trial to subscription, designed to convert at every step.
• Brand consistency for product and growth. You support both product and growth by protecting our visual identity everywhere we show up.

Who you are

• Ready to own the canvas. You want full design ownership across product, marketing, and brand in 26+ languages, and a role that stretches you.
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a B2C subscription business, with a portfolio that shows flows shipped, not just Dribbble shots.
• A conversion thinker. You know that great design converts, and you read A/B test results as fluently as you read a design critique.
• A systems thinker. You build components and design systems that scale across 26+ markets, not one-off screens.
• Technically skilled. You are at home in Figma and in code. You prototype in HTML and CSS, and working with AI tools like Claude Code excites you rather than scares you (a strong plus).
• Grounded in behavioral science. You understand why users hesitate, click, or drop off, and you design for it.
• A natural collaborator. Product, development, and growth all build on your work, so you keep them close and aligned.
• AI-fluent and endlessly curious. We are an AI-powered company, and you use AI daily to design, prototype, and learn faster.
• You ship pixels, not opinions. Your success is measured in live designs that move the numbers.
