Job summary

Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking an Associate Repair Engineer to join the RMA/Repair Department in the Netherlands. The role requires good repair experience and soldering skills to perform RMA repair work.

You will lead team members, train new staff, and develop testing SOPs while ensuring timely repairs and thorough documentation. A diploma in electronics/engineering and hands-on server repair experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of server hardware repair and troubleshooting.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior technicians is a plus.
• Willing to learn new product knowledge and conduct testing.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to complete server repairs according to the schedule and assist them in resolving technical issues.
• Train new team members on server repair procedures and provide support to the testing team when needed.
• Develop clear testing SOPs for technicians; document findings and share with the team.
• Study new server models and share repair experiences to improve team capability.
• Ensure repaired products are returned to customers on schedule and monitor progress and quality.
