Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of PC, system and server operation.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot all products from our assembly line.
• Assist test engineer/supervisor to diagnose root causes for failed systems.
• Test and identify defective area(s).
• Execute ECO, BIOS, and FW upgrades.
• Adhere to testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast paced production environment.
• Adhere to company and Production departments policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
