Job summary

Super Micro Computer in Netherlands is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer with deep knowledge of server architecture, software, firmware, and racks. You will support enterprise customers, internal teams, and production, interfacing with all management levels.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in computing hardware, strong Windows/Linux skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across global teams and help grow knowledge bases while owning technical resolutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of direct experience in computing hardware or solutions.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Superior communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Self-starter with high motivation to excel and succeed.
Extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple products simultaneously.
Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues involving motherboards, server systems, operating systems, and other related components.
Identify and resolve issues with a primary focus on providing effective solutions and improvements.
Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership for all technical problems.
Assist the product management team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Provide rapid response and support for production-related issues.
Continuously develop a knowledge base of current and new products.
Collaborate with internal teams and worldwide partners to coordinate and resolve issues.
