Job summary

Booking.com in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture, integration strategy and the technical roadmap across the People Technology landscape. This role combines hands-on Workday expertise with integration architecture, enabling automation and AI-powered employee experiences through Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and related platforms.

You will design secure, scalable integrations using MuleSoft and establish governance, standards and collaboration with HR,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience designing and implementing Workday integrations.
3+ Years of experience designing and implementing Mulesoft integrations.
Hands-on experience developing and architecting Workday integrations with Studio, Core Connectors, EIB and Cloud Connect.
Proven API-first architecture experience and API strategy definition.
Strong knowledge of authentication and security standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).

Responsibilities

Define API-first strategy across the HR technology landscape.
Architect reusable APIs to simplify Workday integration with enterprise platforms.
Own end-to-end solution architecture for the Workday platform within the People Technology stack.
Establish standards, governance and security for integrations.
