J.P. Morgan in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager with a strategic mindset to lead Client Onboarding and Service teams. You will coach managers, develop talent, and oversee key client relationships across a portfolio of corporate onboarding projects.

You will drive performance, implement best practices, and push for AI-enabled process improvements while ensuring high-quality client support and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in complex implementations with a strong emphasis on team leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience working with C-suite clients and large Fortune 500 companies, supporting Relationship Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Client Onboarding Managers, delivering exceptional service and results.
• Set clear performance expectations and support annual reviews to maintain a high-performing culture.
• Oversee portfolio management with weekly queue reviews and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate across the Global Corporate Banking Client Onboarding organization to drive best practices.
• Support RFP pitches and engagements with key client decision-makers.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable results within Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Directly manage select high-value client relationships and drive payments optimization.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver high-quality client support.
• Champion AI development and process improvements to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure the team stays current on industry knowledge and trends.
