Job summary

This is an in-office role five days a week in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex implementations.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Experience working with C-suite clients and Fortune 500 relationships.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across stakeholders.
• Travel internationally up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Onboarding Managers.
• Set clear performance expectations and support annual reviews.
• Oversee portfolio management with weekly queue reviews.
• Foster collaboration across the Global Corporate Banking Client Onboarding organization.
• Support RFP pitches and consulting engagements with key clients.
• Contribute to strategic direction of Global Corporate Banking Client Onboarding and Service in EMEA by identifying cross-team opportunities.
• Directly manage select high-value client relationships.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver high-quality client support.
• Champion AI development and process improvements.
• Ensure the team stays ahead with latest industry knowledge.
