JP Gray is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research initiatives and improve accessibility across travel experiences. This hybrid Amsterdam role collaborates with product, design, engineering and business stakeholders to uncover insights that shape strategy.

The contract is a freelance assignment for 12 months, requiring English fluency and a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative methods, with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design.

About the Role

We\'re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help create more inclusive and accessible travel experiences for all users. In this role, you\'ll lead end-to-end research initiatives that shape strategic product decisions and improve digital accessibility across customer journeys. You\'ll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to uncover insights that drive meaningful impact for travellers with diverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine research excellence, accessibility expertise and strategic influence in a role where your work directly contributes to making travel more accessible for everyone.

What You\'ll Do

• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence business and product decisions through research
• Knowledge of GDPR, research ethics and data compliance
• Passion for accessibility, inclusion and user-centred design
