Booking.com is seeking a Senior Research Leader to define and drive customer insights that shape the future of travel experiences. You will mentor a high-performing team of researchers and partner with multi-disciplinary product teams to translate insights into strategy and product development.

Expect to guide research programs, align with business goals, and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ UX research delivery in-house or agency settings.
• Strong ability to translate research into product recommendations.
• Experience leading multiple senior stakeholders in product/design.

Responsibilities

• Be the users’ advocate, ensuring needs are central to decisions.
• Provide vision and direction for a team of direct/indirect reports.
• Lead research programs aligning with product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing and Data teams to connect data points.
• Define and measure UX goals and KPIs with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver executive-ready communication and translate results into stories.
