JP Gray is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research initiatives and improve accessibility across travel experiences. This hybrid Amsterdam role collaborates with product, design, engineering and business stakeholders to uncover insights that shape strategy.

The contract is a freelance assignment for 12 months, requiring English fluency and a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative methods, with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in HCI, psychology, or related field
• 5-8+ years of UX or user research experience
• Experience delivering strategic research programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of GDPR, research ethics, and data compliance
• Passion for accessibility and inclusive design

Aufgaben

• Lead complex qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research projects
• Define long-term research programmes aligned with business priorities
• Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable research plans
• Conduct accessibility-focused user research and usability testing
• Synthesize findings from multiple data sources to generate strategic insights
• Guide teams on research methodologies and inclusive research practices
• Partner with Product, Design, Data and Customer Experience teams
• Mentor researchers and contribute to research excellence across the organisation
• Communicate insights effectively to both operational and executive stakeholders
• Support evidence-based product and service decisions
