Job summary

A2G Consulting is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to turn customer insights into tangible improvements across consumer and Growth Acceleration projects. You will plan, conduct and synthesize research using qualitative and quantitative methods, advising design, product and business teams.

This 12-month hybrid role is based in Amsterdam with 2 days work from home and 3 days in the office. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a UX researcher in a complex environment.
• Experience independently leading large-scale, complex research initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to oversee and prioritise multiple research workstreams.
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Experience translating insights into actionable recommendations for design, product and business challenges.
• Strong command of English.

Responsibilities

Job description

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

• You advise design teams and business stakeholders on knowledge gaps, research priorities and customer needs;
• You coordinate research activities across multiple workstreams and safeguard research quality;

Qualification & Experience
