Job summary

Brookwood Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior User Researcher to own end-to-end research programmes focused on accessibility and inclusive travel experiences. You will lead both qualitative and quantitative studies, shaping insights for product and design decisions.

You will collaborate with product, design, accessibility and senior stakeholders, translating findings into actionable recommendations and driving strategy to improve the travel journey for diverse users.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience with surveys and quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical testing and regression analysis.
• Proven ability to manage research projects from brief to insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research programmes.
• Researching experiences of people with diverse accessibility needs.
• Designing and conducting interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies and surveys.
• Applying statistical techniques including regression and statistical testing.
• Translating research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Presenting insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborating with product, design and accessibility teams to influence decisions.
• Managing research programmes and contributing to longer-term accessibility strategy.
• Working with external research partners and accessibility organisations.
• Ensuring research is conducted in line with GDPR, data protection and ethical requirements.
