Job summary

Booking.com in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to own growth strategy and performance for one or more verticals (accommodation, flights, cars, attractions). You will blend deep technical SEO with research, analysis and commercial thinking to shape a roadmap for multiple teams.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Editorial and Localisation to deliver impact, navigate AI-driven search shifts and drive measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with strong technical SEO foundations and strategic ownership.
• Experience on a large-scale site or recognisable brand with measurable SEO impact.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills linking SEO to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SEO strategy, roadmap and performance narrative for Booking.com verticals.
• Identify high-impact opportunities using data, research and experimentation.
• Build business cases and prioritise SEO, content, technical and product initiatives by impact and effort.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX and Editorial to deliver outcomes.
• Communicate performance and priorities to stakeholders and translate insights into action.
