Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary product team across the Netherlands and beyond. You will lead rapid prototyping, testing, and refinement of AI-powered concepts and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver user-centered ITSM solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in UX, a degree in design or related field, hands-on AI feature design, and strong skills in Figma and design systems. English proficiency and accessibility passion are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UX design experience.
Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or related field.
Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features used by real customers.
Portfolio showing shipped AI-powered product experiences with clear impact.
Ability to advise designers on best practices for AI features.
Proficiency with Figma and contribution to design systems.
Experience validating designs through research, usability testing, and feedback.

Responsibilities

Rapid prototyping, testing and refinement of AI-powered concepts and product experiences.
Own the full design process from discovery to delivery.
Identify research needs and transform insights into accessible user experiences.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes with appropriate tools.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other designers.
Ensure consistency via the design system and propose improvements.
Validate and refine designs through feedback, usability testing and data.
Deliver clear communication and handover documentation for developers.
Shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes with stakeholders.
