Job summary

TOPdesk in Delft is seeking a UX Designer - AI Experiences with 5+ years of UX design and a track record shipping AI-powered features used by real customers. You’ll own the full design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with product managers, engineers and other designers.

You’ll create wireframes, mockups and prototypes in Figma, contribute to the design system, and validate designs through usability testing and data analysis, driving accessibility and inclusive experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience (medior/senior).
• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in design or HCI.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features.
• Launched AI features with human-centered design.
• Portfolio with at least one shipped AI-powered product.
• Experience with Figma and/or vibe coding.
• Experience contributing to design systems.
• Ability to validate designs via research, usability testing, and feedback.
• Strong collaboration and communication with engineers and PMs.
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Rapid prototyping, testing and refinement of AI-powered concepts.
• Own the full design process from discovery to delivery.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency via design system and propose improvements.
• Validate designs through usability testing and data analysis.
• Deliver clear handover docs for developers.
• Raise UX maturity and improve design processes across the organization.
• Stay updated on UX trends and best practices.
