Job summary

1UPPLY in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of an internal data, analytics and AI platform. You will turn complex information into intuitive, accessible designs.

Collaborate with product, engineering and researchers, define information architecture, user journeys and reusable components. Hybrid in Utrecht, 36 hours per week, 12+ month commitment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX design experience.
• Ability to simplify complex data and IT challenges.
• Experience designing complex user journeys and delivering large design projects.
• User-centred mindset in technology-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient with Figma.
• Familiar with service design methods.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure the platform's information architecture.
• Design navigation and user flows aligned with business processes.
• Plan and validate key and complex user journeys.
• Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Work with leads, product owners, developers and subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate with other designers on consistent interaction patterns and reusable components.
• Take ownership of the design process and work closely with designers and researchers.
