Job summary

1UPPLY in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of an internal data, analytics and AI platform. You will turn complex information into intuitive, accessible designs.

Collaborate with product, engineering and researchers, define information architecture, user journeys and reusable components. Hybrid in Utrecht, 36 hours per week, 12+ month commitment.

About the role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape the user experience of an internal platform that helps employees access and use data, analytics and AI services. You will turn complex data, analytics and IT challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.

What you'll do

• Define and structure the platform's information architecture.
• Design clear navigation and user flows aligned with business processes.
• Design and validate key and complex user journeys.
• Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Work with leads, product owners, developers and subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate with other designers on consistent interaction patterns and reusable components.
• Take ownership of the design process and work closely with designers and researchers.

What you'll bring

• More than 10 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to make complex problems simple and intuitive.
• Experience designing complex user journeys and successfully delivering complex design projects.
• Confidence developing creative, impactful solutions in complex data and IT environments.
• A user-centred mindset in technology-driven environments, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to navigate large organisations and build support for your ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with service design methods, including creative facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Working arrangements

• Hours: 36 per week
• Hybrid working: 2 to 3 days per week in the office
• Location: Croeselaan, Utrecht
• Assignment duration: At least 12 months
