Job summary

A fast-growing remote-first startup is looking for a mid-senior level Product Designer to shape the design foundation across their product. You'll create intuitive interfaces and own the design system without the hindrance of layers in management. This role is perfect for someone with a user-first mindset and solid experience in B2B SaaS designs.

Position overview

You’ll be the first product designer on the team, owning the design foundation across the product. You will own design across the entire product: from dashboards to flows to micro-interactions. This is a zero-layers role: no design managers, no meetings about meetings. Just you, our devs, and real users.

• Shape clean, intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces
• Own the design system, brand touchpoints, and UX patterns
• Collaborate tightly with the founder and engineering team
• Ship fast, iterate faster, and care deeply about what’s in users’ hands

The must-haves

• 5+ years designing b2b SaaS or dashboards (bonus: marketing/analytics tools)
• You care more about Smart UX than flashy designs
• You’ve shipped multiple complex SaaS interfaces
• Mastery of Figma (and love for atomic design systems)
• User-first thinking and clear communication
• Self-managed, async-friendly, and fast-moving mindset
• A no-ego attitude and obsession with clean UX

Nice to have

• Frontend chops (html/css/react understanding = big plus)
• Experience in data-heavy or marketing-tech environments
